Following your virtual care visit or in person appointment, you will be able to access your test results via the patient portal. If you have abnormal results a follow up appointment will be arranged to discuss your results.

A copy of your results can be sent to you on request via the patient portal.

We will provide you with a receipt for the services used. You can provide this to your insurance company for your refund.

If you miss your virtual care appointment, you will be charged a $50 no-show fee. If you cannot attend your appointment for any reason, you must cancel your appointment 24 hours prior to its start time to avoid being charged the no-show fee. You can cancel your appointment by calling 438-476-8633.
